Let me kindly remind you that you no longer need to pay health fees in vast majority of the hospitals managed by the regional authorities. You also don't need to apply for an reimbursement, as all fees are instantly paid by the region in the form of a gift (with an exception of Plzen region, where the fees are repaid later).
